What we offer our clients:
At APCH, we take the time with those who come to us for help determine if our services are the right ones for every individual and situation. Referrals to alternative facilities are made if APCH is not the right place to best serve an individual’s needs. Caring and experienced staff are available around the clock to provide information, guidance, and an understanding ear.
Our hostel operates within a community environment approach with all of our guests working in unison to maintain a positive and safe environment.
Individuals and families staying at our shelter will work with our client support workers who will help them develop an individual plan of action designed to help identify individual needs and overcome the specific barriers they face in finding safe and sustainable housing.
Based on a needs assessment, referrals to community partners will be made and our staff will advocate on behalf of clients whenever necessary.
